I’ve worked with individuals, couples, household, Frontline employees, managers, executives, staff and students from the public, private, academic and nonprofit sectors.

Shortly after my husband, Joe and I moved to Maui, my wonderful Mother, who lived in the Bronx in New York City, needed some assistance, then more, then more, then we moved her into our spare bedroom. As an only child, I became primary live-in caregiver. During the second year of caregiving, I went to the annual Maui-wide Conference on Aging and Care Giving. The keynote speaker’s 1st slide said that because of poor SelfCare 70% or more of primary in-home caregivers to elders with my mom’s challenge, died before the person they cared for. 

I knew I had not yet shared all my gifts with the world.

I knew that the world had more pleasure to share with me.

I knew I had to make deep structural SelfCare changes fast. 🙏🏽

That’s when I laser-focused on creating Smart SelfCare Results for myself and maybe for you also!
